Our beautifully appointed three bedroom home is completely renovated. This one story, expanded cape home has a private large backyard, a spacious outdoor patio area with Adirondack chairs and an umbrella for shade, plus there's a covered patio for your enjoyment. Our furnishings are tasteful, clean, and comfortable. Located in the historic town of Mystic, CT, we less than a 10-minute walk to Main Street. Here you will find an array of wonderful restaurants, pubs, marinas and shops along with our famous bascule bridge crossing the Mystic River. Close to beautiful local CT and RI beaches.
There are two queen-size beds and one king-size bed and two beautiful tiled bathrooms. Our well-appointed kitchen has marble countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances. There is central air (heat and cooling), a washer and dryer, and plenty of off street parking. We supply all the amenities necessary for a memorable vacation!
Guests enter through a side door that has a keypad lock. Owner provides the code for the keypad prior to guest arrival.
Our Mystic vacation rental is open year round. We will consider longer off season rates for rental as well. Discounts may apply to longer stays in season as well.
We are pet-friendly! Pets welcome with pre-approval and a $50 per pet fee.
Owners are next door neighbors for easy access should you need anything. Note: home is on a busier street but home is quiet.
